The client had been abandonded by another US company, who had promised to finish the Web App in 4 months… 7 months later they still had no news of any progess on the project.
We had to examine the app from scratch, take a look at the flows of it, and make a survey of what things worked, what needed improvemnt, and what had to be re-done.
Using a progressive plan to work with, we set a 2 months deadline.
We designed and developed all resting flows, including the necessary manual and automatic QA. We finished constructing all the remaining functionalities such as onboarding, registration, sign in, social network features, notifications, profile, feed, post detail and post publication.
We managed to finish the MVP in 2 months. This carries double merit for having a learning curve, taking into account the fact that this was a project we did NOT build ourselves.
As a clear sign of his appreciation and trust, they granted us an equity of 10% of the company in exchange for becoming CTO atthe startup.
The client valued our work with a 5 star review on Clutch.co, and recorded a testimonial video.
